Privacy policy
Invoice0 is a free invoicing and quoting tool for small businesses. This page explains, in plain language, what happens to the information you put into it.
What you store here
Your business details, clients, items, invoices, quotes and expense records are created by you and belong to you. We never sell or share this data.
Who can see your records
Every record is tied to your account. Only you can read and edit your clients, items and documents. When you send an invoice or quote, a unique link makes that one document viewable by anyone holding it — you choose when to share it.
Your clients’ details
Names, emails and addresses you enter for your clients are used only to prepare and send the documents you create. We do not use them for marketing.
Payments
Invoice0 does not process card payments or hold any bank details. Donations are handled by PayPal on their own site under their privacy policy.
Cookies and analytics
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. Basic usage analytics help us see which features are used so we can improve them.
Deleting your data
You can delete any client, item, invoice, quote or expense from inside the app at any time. To close your account and remove everything, contact us and we will do it for you.
